Purpose:
Tribes will receive set-asides under Head Start, Early Head Start and Special Education (IDEA) programs.  Tribes will also benefit from the $100 million for Impact Aid.  The economic recovery plan provides funding for construction and improvements to tribal and Bureau of Indian Affairs schools, and includes up to $400 million for qualified Indian school construction bonds.
