Application Process

Request an Application Account

You can apply online for my nomination through my Academy Nomination System.

Application Parts:

1)  Online Application
2)  Counselor Evaluation (document download)
3)  Two (2) letters of recommendation (from non-family members)
4)  Official ACT/SAT scores (scores sent from test company)
5)  Official, sealed transcript from high school

 

Application Deadline: Thursday, October 1, 2009.

All information and application parts must be received by the deadline, not postmarked by the deadline. Late submissions will not be considered. No exceptions will be made.

Please plan accordingly in order to meet the deadline.

Submit Application

The online application must be complete before the program will allow you to submit it. If changes need to be made after submission, but before the deadline, contact the Academy Nominations coordinators.
