Frederick Isasi

Frederick is Senator Bingaman's Legislative Counsel for Healthcare.  He is a lawyer specializing in public health policy and has worked extensively on low-income healthcare issues for several large national associations.  Before receiving his law degree, Frederick worked as a health policy advisor and as a researcher in several public health studies.  He also has extensive experience in biomedical research.  Frederick received his J.D. from Duke Law School, his M.P.H. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a bachelor degree in cellular biology and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Nancy Hardt

Nancy is a physician working on health policy issues for Senator Bingaman.  She is a Robert Wood Johnson Health Policy Fellow for the 2006-2007 year.  She practiced and taught Ob-Gyn and Pathology in the medical school at the University of Florida in Gainesville. She received her medical degree from Loyola University in Chicago, and completed training at the University of Kentucky and the University of Florida. She has experience in medical school and dental school financing, and a strong desire to reduce health disparities experienced by minorities.
