Registration

The deadline to register is January 23, 2009*

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2009 Student Leadership Institute.  Please choose one of these two options to register (Please note that there is a 15 student per school limit):

1) Complete the form online: student registration or sponsor registration

or

2) Call 800-443-8658.

* Only principals or other designated school representatives can select students to represent their school at SLI 2009.  If you are interested in attending but have not been designated, please contact your principal.

Important information to have ready if registering by phone:

  • Student/Sponsor contact information (name, address, and e-mail address)
  • Student seminar preferences. Rate preferences from 1 to 6 with 1 representing the first choice, and 6, last choice. A summary of the seminars can be found here.
  • SLI location site you will be attending (Farmington or Santa Fe).
